Abstract:
This action research intended to find out whether or not the integration of Educational Videos can eliminate modular learning problems of Kindergarten Pupils of Bantay East Central School of SY 2021-2022. It also aimed to improve the level of motivation of pupils and level of performance as found out that there is a low motivation and low performance of pupils in modular learning due to a number of learning problems encountered.\r\n The research was conducted remotely and virtually through google meetings to meet the minimum health protocols from June-October 2021. The participants were the 40- kindergartners including their parents and/or guardians. These participants attended online meetings to better administer tests and to be guided properly with the about of the research. They were oriented as to how they administer each test and how and when they integrate the educational videos. Administration of the tests were done virtually with the guidance and assistance of the researcher herself.\r\n Data were collected through surveys via google forms, interviews via google meet and test results from pretest and posttest.\r\nThe Descriptive Method or Design was used in this research to answer the main research questions. This method was appropriate because it allowed the researcher to compare the results of the Pretest and posttest of the Integration of MELC-Based Educational videos. Moreover, it employed a pre-experimental research particularly one-shot case study. It allowed the researcher to determine the level of motivation of pupils whether it is low or high.\r\nAccording to the findings, there is a significant difference in the pretest (sole use of modules) and posttest (With the integration of educational videos) of the kindergarten pupils of Bantay East Central School, SY 2021-2022.\r\nThe Researcher is confident that based on the computed significant difference, the integration of educational videos in the modular learning of pupils particularly in the Kindergarten level is useful and impactful, therefore eliminating the modular learning problems as mentioned earlier in the Context and Rationale.
