Abstract:
This study determined the profile of the schools; the level of implementation andrnthe level of attainment of the Creative Holistic Education Framework. There was anrnanalysis on the effective practices and a needs assessment in the implementation of therneducation framework as a basis of training program to ensure improvement in the deliveryrnof education. Moreover, the descriptive research design was employed. Frequencyrncounts, percentages and mode were used in the interpretation of the data. The findingsrnshowed the status of the support systems; staff members’ capabilities are veryrnsatisfactory; average computer-student ratio is 1:4; students are satisfied with the schoolrnancillary services; school-based management is moderately implemented; and educationrnfund management reforms are fully documented and liquidated. The overall extent ofrnimplementation of the education framework is highly implemented. The level of attainmentrnof the Creative Holistic Education is partially attained. The effective practices of thernschools are on reading remediation programs. There is a need for trainings on modulerndevelopment and to create partnerships and strengthen other linkages. The craftedrntraining design is proposed for ensuring improvement in the implementation of thernframework.
