Abstract:
Quality education is so important and crucial that most of our time is spent on reading, learning, understanding and comprehension. In this regard, all countries in the world are investing so much time effort and resources on quality education in order to improve our society. The study sought to assess the level of implementation of senior high school teacher’s training programs for school year 2016-2019. The research data gathering included school year 2016 – 2019. The research was limited only among senior high school teachers in public secondary schools in SDO – Ilocos Sur. The study used a descriptive correlation design since it establishes associations between variables. The study used a questionnaire to assess the implementation of the teachers training program of the SDO Ilocos Sur. The researcher utilized stratified type of sampling in selecting the respondents.
