Abstract:
This research focused in developing an action plan for Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) advisers in Suyo District, school year 2018-2019. Specifically, this research answered the sub-problems along level of attainment of objectives of SPG, the level of implementation of SPG along: programs, projects and activities and support mechanisms of the Department of Education and weaknesses of SPG implementation. The results were the bases for the crafting of an action plan to enhance the leadership skills of the SPG advisers in Suyo District and its acceptability as evaluated by five experts. This research adopted the descriptive developmental research method through a questionnaire as the main gathering tool and as basis in interpreting relevant data. The findings of this study show that the level of attainment of objectives of supreme pupil government in Suyo District is very highly attained. Likewise, the implementation of the programs, projects and activities are also very highly attained. The level of organization support mechanism is highly attained. However, there are 3 items which are found to be weaknesses in the study. The level of acceptability of the action plan is very highly acceptable. Therefore, it is workable and implementable.
