Abstract:
Poor academic performance, health and nutrition have been some of the main concerns of educators and parents alike. This study was conducted to assess the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4 Ps) on education, health, and nutrition of beneficiaries in Ambalayat Integrated School, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur. Total enumeration of two hundred twenty-three (223) 4Ps beneficiaries were the respondents. The descriptive method of research through a set of questionnaires was used in the study. It was found out that there was an impact of the 4Ps on education, health and nutrition. Beneficiaries were now regularly attending their classes and having good grades, others were honor learners and special awardees in the school. It is therefore recommended that schools should continue in providing assistance to the government in their Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program(4Ps) since it helped in the improvement of education, health and nutrition of the learners who are recipients of the program.
